And the reservation of your child’s two mandatory school blouses. Please note that School Time will conserve this fee if the enrolment is cancelled.
3Your bank details
Showing clearly the IBAN number and the debit authorisation sheet signed in the case of direct debit. Please give a copy of this to your bank as well.
4The Rules of Procedure sheets signed
DOCUMENTS TO BE HANDED IN BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBRE AT LATEST
1Vaccination certificates
2A note from your doctor stating that your child is in fit health for school
3A prescription for paracetamol “Doliprane” from your doctor
Mentioning the age and weight of your child and a note from the parents or legal gardian, written free-hand, giving the authorisation to administer it if necessary. Please note that we will notify you if this has been the case.
4A copy of your social security « Carte Vitale » status or medical cover if applicable.
5A photocopy of your “livret de famille »
or equivalent (passport) if coming from abroad
63 identity photos with your child’s name on the back
7A copy or your child’s school insurance certificate
